Apothecary cosmetics are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full use, as natural ingredients may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We limit delivery to Ireland, UK and EU.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment methods.
You’ll receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.

4. Delivery

We limit delivery exclusively to Ireland, UK and EU.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Apothecary Cosmetics:

For hygiene and safety reasons, apothecary cosmetics and wellness products are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if you receive the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged.
To request a return or report an issue, please email us at: helena@therockballymacavany.ie within 7 days of delivery, including order details and photos if applicable.
Refunds will be processed once we verify the error or damage.

6. Allergies & Product Use

Our apothecary products contain natural ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

You will perform a patch test before full application.
We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
